Natasha Simon, MBA & M.Ed.

Natasha brings over 15 years of expertise in individual and small business tax preparation and is a well-versed business administrator. She has successfully guided many individuals in launching their own businesses, ensuring they have the support and knowledge needed for a strong start. Natasha holds an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management and Accounting, along with an MBA in Finance from Texas Southern University, and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Lamar University. With a commitment to confidentiality and integrity, these principles are integral to her daily practice.

Since 2010, she has been a licensed realtor in Texas and is an active participant in the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce, where she serves on the education committee. Natasha is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and currently holds the position of Public Information Officer at her company.

 

HaWann Wilson, M.Ed.

As a dedicated mobile notary, HaWann holds a Master’s degree in Counseling from Texas Southern University and finds immense fulfillment in serving the elderly community. Her counseling background equips her with valuable skills in empathy and communication, allowing her to understand the unique challenges individuals face.

She takes the time to ensure that each notarization is handled with care and compassion. Often visiting those in their homes, she provides a comforting presence and makes the process as seamless as possible. Her commitment to helping others not only simplifies their legal needs but also brightens their day with her friendly demeanor and patient approach, fostering trust and ease during what can be a stressful time.

 

Ataivia Robertson, B.Acc.

With over 15 years of experience in accounting, Atavia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Houston Clear Lake. Specializing in oil and gas consulting, she brings a well-rounded perspective gained from her work as both a client and within internal finance teams.This dual insight allowed her to better understand the needs of professionals and small business owners, particularly when it comes to tax strategy, financial reporting, and compliance.

Her professional background includes building strong working relationships with Fortune 500 companies and providing support across a variety of complex financial functions. She is passionate about using this experience to help individuals and businesses make informed financial decisions and create long-term stability. Ataivia also serves as the company’s Data Security Officer.

Natasha is a dedicated counselor with a passion for fostering personal growth and well-being. Holding a Master’s degree in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University, she has built a robust career focused on providing guidance and support to individuals from diverse backgrounds. Natasha specializes in creating a safe and confidential environment where clients can explore their challenges, develop coping strategies, and work toward their goals. Her expertise includes facilitating workshops, developing tailored programs, and collaborating with community resources to enhance the overall well-being of those she serves.
