MEET OUR TEAM

Natasha Simon, MBA & M.Ed.

Natasha brings over 15 years of expertise in individual and small business tax preparation and is a well-versed business administrator. She has successfully guided many individuals in launching their own businesses, ensuring they have the support and knowledge needed for a strong start. Natasha holds an undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management and Accounting (CPA eligible), along with an MBA in Finance from Texas Southern University, and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Lamar University. With a commitment to confidentiality and integrity, these principles are integral to her daily practice.

She is a part of the IRS Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP). Since 2010, she has been a licensed realtor in Texas and is an active member at the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce, where she serves on the Education Committee. Natasha is also a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and currently holds the position of Public Information Officer at her company.

HaWann Wilson, M.Ed.

As a dedicated mobile notary with over 10 years experience, HaWann holds a Master’s degree in Counselor Education from Texas Southern University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Southern University. As a former HPD Criminalist, she performed analysis on trace evidence and prepared technical reports and detailed notes on scientific findings—so you can trust that she approaches every task with integrity and fidelity.

She takes the time to ensure that every notarization is handled with care and compassion. Often visiting clients in the comfort of their own homes, HaWann brings a calm, reassuring presence and works to make the entire process as seamless as possible. Her commitment to helping others goes beyond completing paperwork—she offers genuine support during what can be a stressful and uncertain time. With her friendly demeanor, patience, and willingness to answer questions, she helps clients feel informed, respected, and at ease, fostering trust from the moment she arrives.

Claudia Arizmendy, M.Ed.

With a Master’s degree in Counseling Education from University of Houston – Main Campus, Claudia brings a strong foundation in human development, organizational leadership, and conflict resolution. As a former Manager, she brings extensive experience in staff supervision, daily operations management, and performance oversight.

In this capacity, Claudia conducted background checks, led hiring initiatives, managed onboarding processes, and made termination decisions when necessary, always ensuring compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards.

Claudia is bilingual, which allows her to communicate effectively with diverse populations, foster inclusive environments, and support individuals from a wide range of cultural backgrounds. She provides thoughtful, organized, and people-centered support—allowing individuals and families to rest assured that their needs are handled with professionalism, discretion, and the highest level of confidentiality.

Ataivia Roberston, B.Acc.

With over 15 years of experience in accounting, Atavia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA eligible) from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Specializing in oil and gas consulting, she brings a well-rounded perspective gained from her work as both a client and within internal finance teams.This dual insight allowed her to better understand the needs of professionals and small business owners, particularly when it comes to tax strategy, financial reporting, and compliance.

Her professional background includes building strong working relationships with Fortune 500 companies and providing support across a variety of complex financial functions. This experience equips her with a deep understanding of financial systems, risk awareness, and the importance of accurate, strategic decision-making. She is passionate about using this expertise to help individuals and businesses make informed financial choices—whether that means planning with clarity, improving cash-flow awareness, or building a foundation for long-term stability.She also serves as the company’s Data Security Officer, reinforcing her commitment to protecting sensitive information

Natasha specializes in creating a safe and confidential environment where clients can explore their challenges, develop coping strategies, and work toward their goals. Her expertise includes facilitating workshops, developing tailored programs, and collaborating with community resources to enhance the overall well-being of those she serves.
